Project Overview

Encamp Funicamp is a planned high-end residential building in the centre of Encamp, beside the Funicamp gondola: one of the longest cable cars in Europe and a direct link to Grandvalira, the largest ski domain in Southern Europe with more than 210 km of slopes. The project foresees about 80 homes, suited both as a main residence and as a second home, on 13,000 m² of buildable area (8,000 m² above ground), with around 200 parking spaces and shared amenities under study, including a gym, a spa with pool and a ski locker room. Shops and restaurants are within 100 m, and Andorra la Vella is 7.5 km away.

Why invest

The Investment Case

Homes within walking distance of a ski lift are scarce in Andorra and hold their appeal all year, with winter skiing and summer hiking on the doorstep. The site sits next to the Funicamp gondola base, a location that cannot be replicated, and alongside Andorra's first Marriott hotel and the Nanta Alta villas. The project is being structured as a joint venture between Equity Partners and Southern Quarter Developments, with DATA Arquitectura as architect.
