Project Overview

Nanta Alta is a collection of 25 detached mountain villas in Els Cortals d'Encamp, at 1,250 m by the Riu de les Agols, about 7 km from Andorra la Vella. Each villa follows the natural slope over three levels: a garden level with the bedrooms, a living level with double-height glazing, and an entrance level with a double garage. Villas of 297–315 m² offer up to four bedrooms, with a natural stone façade, timber-look panels, pitched slate roofs and an aerothermal heat pump with underfloor heating. The development is released in two phases: 8 villas now, 17 to follow.

Buildable land in Andorra is scarce, and detached new-build homes in a protected mountain setting close to Andorra la Vella are rarer still. Nanta Alta answers that demand with a limited release: Phase 1 opened for reservations in September 2026 at Early Bird prices from €1,895,000, with one villa already reserved. The project is designed by DATA Arquitectes and delivered with an established Andorran team, from Hormipresa's industrialised structure to Construccions Pujal for construction and finishes.
